FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow rod with operation end and indication member showing needle penetration into an organism cavity set on the outlet opening of the rod. Hollow rod operation end is blunt. Penetrating holes are produced on the distal end connecting rod cavity with external medium. The indication member showing needle penetration into a cavity additionally has membrane tightly sealed in the casing, three electric contact members of which the first one is set on the membrane, the second and the third one being on the opposite side relative to the first one, power supply source and two photodiodes. The first contact member is connected to the power supply source and the second contact member and the first photodiode, the third contact member and the second photodiode are joined to make consecutive chains, respectively. The chains are joined in parallel and connected to the power supply source. EFFECT: prevented blood vessel injuries; high reliability of needle penetration indication when injuring intestine or penetrating into other cavities.
