FIELD: surgical tools. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has needle-type holder 5 mounted on pivot hinges 3 and 4 fixed on ends of pins 1 and 2. Cylindrical casing 6 has longitudinal window 7 for receiving holder 5 with needle. Clamp 8 positioned on end of first pin 1 has two crossed branches 9 interconnected through rod 12 and provided with working jaws 10 on one end and with shanks 11 on other end. Spring 13 and retainers 14 are mounted on shanks 11. Spring-loaded cylindrical casing 6 is mounted for longitudinal displacement and is provided with grips 15 for retainers 14. Apparatus may be used for mounting and removal of clamp 8, for stitching of tissues as well as for regulating force applied to fixed clamp 8.
