FIELD: equipment for rolled stock production, namely,, for cleaning surfaces of flat semifinished rolled products, mainly plates and sheets of titanium alloys, particularly, descaling them, removing oxide films, degreasing, washing and detecting flaws of surfaces. SUBSTANCE: installation includes working chamber, monitor unit, system for preparing and circulating technological fluid, mechanism for moving worked products. Working chamber with dead end has working and sluice washing-drying compartments. The last is provided with system for circulating and cleaning water in the form of hydraulic cyclone and filters, settler for washing water connected with settling tank of working chamber of overflow system. System for preparation and circulation of technological fluid is provided with settler and vibration sieve, cross screens-partitions and auger pump, vessel for monitoring concentration of fluid having agitator and pickup for detecting fluid concentration. In addition installation includes pump for fluid circulation and apparatus for preparing fluid coupled by predetermined fashion with all remaining systems of installation. Mechanism for moving worked products is in the form of carriage having reciprocation lengthwise motion drive unit. EFFECT: simplified design of carriage due to lowered number of equipment units, enhanced operational reliability, cleaning quality and efficiency of installation, enlarged size range of worked products. 2 dwg
