FIELD: sealing materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used in production of sealing materials and aims to improve adhesion of compositions to metal and concrete. Aim is achieved by that, in a bitumen-polymer binder containing bitumen, polymer, industrial oil waste as plasticizer, and chalk as mineral filler, said polymer is synthetic rubber or rubber waste and the following proportions of components are observed, wt %: bitumen 73.8-88.8, polymer 5.5-23.5, oil waste 0.2-1.5, chalk 0.5-1.2. Compositions may also be used as intermediate sin production of bitumen-polymer materials by means of dissolution of them in bitumen melt.
