FIELD: electronic industry, more particularly preparation of devices for adjustment of infrared lasers. SUBSTANCE: luminophor comprises oxygen, rare-earth elements such as ytterbium and erbium or ytterbium and telium and also at least one element from group consisting of yttrium, lanthanum or hodolinium and optionally sulfur and corresponds to formula: Y(La,Gd)1-x-y YBxEr(Tm)yO3-zSz wherein x is 0.06-0.15; y is 0.03-0.05 for Er, and y is 0.0005-0.002 for Tm, x is 0 or 1. 1 g or luminophor is ground and binder, e.g. drying oil, polyvinyl alcohol, printing ink, is gradually added. After being dried, mark is invisible for eye. Illumination with infrared radiation source produces luminescence color or which, depending on specific composition, varies from red to light blue. Marks remain for 1 year or longer period of time during service period under conditions of higher or lower temperatures, bright luminescence, higher or lower humidity.
