FIELD: mechanical engineering; forced ignition internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed invention, additional porous cylindrical element made of ceramet is introduced into device. This element is press-fitted onto threaded part of spark plug so that sparking zone is located in vicinity of element end face, element being arranged in path of passage of fuel-air mixture from intake valve into combustion chamber. Invention provides wider range of mixture leaning and stable operation of engine at higher air excess coefficients. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption and toxicity of exhaust gases of carburetor engine. 2 cl, 1 dwg
