FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary engine comprises stator to accommodate rotor. Intake line houses throttle valve. Fuel plasma converter is arranged behind said throttle valve to prepare fuel-air mix with preset physical-chemical properties and to allow controlling working mix preparation. Rotator engine combustion chamber is divided into two spaces, one to be filled with enriched fuel mix that accommodates spark plugs and another one to be filled with depleted mix or clean air. Rotor engine stator is furnished with spherical whirlpool chamber arranged in the zone of epitrochoids' small axis whereto two spark plugs and fuel injector are screwed.
EFFECT: improved ecology, expanded operating performances.
