FIELD: hydraulic machines. SUBSTANCE: device has circular rail secured on wall of shaft. This rail serves as guide support for beam truss carrying a telpher. Beam truss is made of two beam members one of which, provided with two support ends, is arranged over chord of circular rail. Other beam member is arranged radially, perpendicular to first one, and is provided with one support end at circular rail. Telpher is installed on second beam member. Running part for telpher on this member, found below all other elements of device, reaches shaft wall. EFFECT: provision of servicing of shaft entire area, reduced metal usage and improved convenience in operation. 2 dwg
