FIELD: instrumentation, remote control over position of objects. SUBSTANCE: proposed interference method solves problem of measurement of angle of turn of object thanks to formation of electric signals of various frequencies which depend on value of measured angles. Monochromatic collimated radiation beam illuminates simultaneously reference and measurement reflectors, the latter being coupled to controlled object. Distribution of intensities in interference picture formed by beams reflected from reference and measurement reflectors is recorded. Interference picture is converted to sequence of rectangular pulses. Pulse recurrence rate is measured. Angle α of turn is found from relation α=k · f, where f is pulse frequency; k is constant coefficient. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of angle of turn of object. 2 dwg
