FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining recording iron- induced urine chemiluminescence and determining medium mass molecule contents in the urine. Renal coefficient is calculated as urine chemiluminescence optic sum and medium mass molecule contents ratio. The renal coefficient being below 10 relative units/conditional optic units with the normal value being equal to 19.99 ± 1.79 relative units/conditional optic units, is interpreted as aggravated inflammation process development. The value increasing during the treatment, the disease outcome is predicted to be favorable. EFFECT: increased accuracy; detectable secondary nephropathy; controlled effectiveness of treatment selected.
