FIELD: food industry; applicable in manufacture of equipment designed for swelling of grain starch-containing products. SUBSTANCE: device has bin with portioning appliance for grain, base with two posts with compression springs and three plates located one under another. Upper plate is fixed with posts, and middle and lower plates installed movably on posts and interconnected by compression springs. Lower plate has drive for its vertical reciprocation over posts. Secured to upper fixed plate is upper heating head and lower heating head is installed coaxially to upper heating head on lower movable plate. Secured to middle movable plate is circular holder coaxial to heating heads. Circular holder is combined with cylindrical part forming working zone inside holder, and expanding conical parts directed to heating heads and forming zone of product formation together with their working surfaces. EFFECT: provided production of qualitative fully swollen end product with full filling of volume of product formation. 4 dwg
