SUBSTANCE: proposed is a toothbrush with a drive containing a handle with a narrow part, a head attached to the handle narrow part and having the first surface and the opposed second surface. The head has the first and the second bunch units (attached to the head with a fixed orientation and containing multiple tooth cleaning elements projecting from the first surface to the outside) and a movable bunch unit resiliently connected to the first and the second stationary bunch units and containing multiple tooth cleaning elements projecting from the first surface to the outside. The drive is equipped with a drive unit for movement of the movable bunch unit relative to the first and the second stationary bunch units, all the bunch units aligned along the head longitudinal axis. The drive unit moves the movable bunch unit in an oscillative way within the plane passing from the handle longitudinal axis and essentially perpendicular to the first surface.
