FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing produced as an oval thing having operation end cut at an angle of 45 deg. Rectangular window is placed in casing part distal with respect to cannula-holder. The window has harpoon-type hook directed inward of the window. Hollow round rod is mounted inside of casing having semi-oval cutting part. The cutting part is shaped as rectangular shovel cut at an angle of 15 deg to its length and made sharp. The shovel member operates as guillotine by moving inside of the casing. The cannula-holder has recess for placing union member traveling along the rod.
