FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a needle for trepan biopsy of tumors of the head of the pancreas and distal choledochus. The needle for trepan biopsy of tumors of the head of the pancreas and distal choledochus, compatible with a device for trepan biopsy of tumors of the head of the pancreas and distal choledochus, includes a case, a pusher, a cannula with a cutting edge, and a ladder for cutting tissues. The case is equipped with finger stops, grooves, dimensional tabs, a locking device with internal thread, and the cannula is made flexible, the central part of which is made in the form of a plate, has hydrophilic coating and is connected to the pusher equipped with the finger stop.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to obtain histological material from different places and depths of tumors of the head of the pancreas and distal choledochus in complex anatomical variants.
