FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting two needles so that one of them is easily introducible into the other without gap and both recesses at the each needle end coincide. Recess is drilled in 10 g multiple use syringe piston in the anterior part. Thread is made for receiving small bolt. Capron thread is attached to it and the other end is tied to internal needle cannula. The hole at the internal needle end is soldered. The piston is reset in the cylinder in a way that the internal needle, attached to the piston, comes outside through an opening in the cylinder and syringe tip. The external needle is then strung and its cannula is tightly attached to syringe end piece. The needle is moved towards lesion focus under study under ultrasonic scanning control. Bioptate is cut off during rarefaction arising in needle lumen due to piston being pulled away. The tissues under study are sucked into internal needle lumen and cut with it at the moment the thread is stretched in the piston cylinder.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of biopsy results.
