FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves building oblique canals in the pubic bones directed downward from outside inwards. The upper openings of the canals are created 1-2 cm apart from pubic symphysis slit. Lower openings of the canals are arranged at the level of the inferior edge of the pubic symphysis in front of each other. Fixing member is brought through the canals. Polymer or cartilaginous transplant is used as fixing member. Ends of the fixing member are fixed under tension above the superior boundary of the pubic symphysis.
