FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: extrafocal osteosynthesis of pelvic bones is carried out in apparatus for external fixation. For this purpose ileum wings should be introduced with 4-6 rods with pelvic support which should be carried out simultaneously or gradual reposition of bones and their compounds, apparatus should be stabilized. Then one should open pubic articulation, remove diastasis of pubic bones, and at fracture one should coincide fragments. One should carry out modeling of metal plate along lesion site by adapting its horizontal elements along horizontal surface of pubic bones, and vertical elements - along vertical surface of pubic bones followed by their fixation with screws. The present innovation provides decreased risk for development of infectious lesions of soft tissues in the sites of rods' passages of apparatus of external fixation.
