FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating conjunctival flap and superficial scleral flap, eye fibrous capsule portion is excised under the latter, having trabecula and scleral sinus. Peripheral iridectomy is carried out and drain is introduced between the sclera layers. Polyacrylamide hydrogel is used as drain material which 0.02-0.03 ml is introduced between the sclera layers. 0.004-0.006 ml are additionally introduced into subtenon space above the scleral flap. EFFECT: prevented excessive cicatrix formation; stable hypotensive action.
