FIELD: medicinal instruments. SUBSTANCE: cannula has hollow casing and curved working part comprised of lateral channels and cavity communicated with casing cavity. Lateral channels are adapted for instillation and/or lavage of space under skin graft during refractive-corrigible excimerlaser intrastromal keratectomy. Longitudinal axes of lateral channels are extending transverse to plane of flexure of working part and oriented at an angle or angles to longitudinal axis of working part. Working part has narrowing end for spreading apart and/or separating tissues. Casing and working part have equal sections or sections of different shape. Cannula of such construction provides for uniform distribution of lavage liquid under skin graft and complete cleaning of space under skin graft. Lavage liquid is created so as to be fed in single direction to reduce the probability of mixing with conjunctival liquid and penetration of particles of organic material therein. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 5 cl, 4 dwg
