MANUAL MACHINE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: machine engineering, namely electric manual perforators and drilling machines used in building, geological prospecting and at drilling and explosion operations. SUBSTANCE: rotation or percussion-rotation type manual machine includes housing, rotation drive with intermediate shaft kinematically joined with driven shaft, unit with two groups of engaging members introduced into reciprocal engaging members in their limit axial positions. Said unit is mounted on driven shaft freely in axial direction and it is kinematically joined with it in radial direction. Tie rod mounted in housing of machine supports slide mounted freely in axial direction by means of lugs. Slide has groove for placing spine of eccentric of control stick arranged in said housing with possibility of switching at least between two operation modes. Device for axially shifting engaging unit of machine is in the form of two levers embracing said unit at opposite sides. Levers are spring-loaded according to condition of their mutual approaching. Each lever has driving and supporting lugs joined with tie rod; driving lugs of both levers adjoin to lugs of slide. EFFECT: improved design providing reduced length of machine. 4 cl, 9 dwg
