FIELD: devices and methods for moderating parametric angular rolling of buoys. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on bringing down buoy CG, fitting projections on its case and shaping the case in form of body by planes parallel to design waterline have moment of inertia of area relative to central transversal axis of section found from the following dependence: Jz = Jkvl+Skvl(T-Z)(T-Zg), where Z is Z-axis of section constructed in parallel with design waterline; Jkvl - is moment of inertia of design waterplane relative to central transversal axis; Skvl is design waterplane of buoy: T is buyo: T is buoy draft at design waterplane; Zg is Z-axis of buoy CG. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency moderating buoy rolling. 2 dwg
