SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has cylinder block-and-crankcase unit, piston cooling nozzles connected with longitudinal oil gallery arranged in side wall of cylinder block-and crankcase unit, crankshaft with counterweights installed on its webs on sweep outer radii of which grooves are made opposite to cooling nozzles. Grooves are concentric relative to crankshaft axis. End part of cooling nozzles if fitted in grooves of crankshaft counterweights.
