FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: lubrication system of V-type internal combustion engine with gear drive of auxiliaries and installed on axles cantilever mounted on crankcase end face at one side and gear drive of fuel pump at other side of crankcase has oil sump, pump, delivery main line divided into two parallel circuits with separate oil coolers and filters. Circuits getting out of filters unite into main oil line. Check valves are installed at inlet and outlet of filters. Valve installed at filter inlet has screw behind shutoff member to provide closing of circuit of main oil for servicing oil filter when engine is running. Pressure regulator with oil drain into sump is installed on one of circuits of main oil line. Other circuit, after oil cooler, is placed in communication with piston sprinkling oil line at inlet of which constant pressure valve is installed to maintain constant pressure lower than pressure in main oil line. End faces of main oil line channel are closed by flanges of axles of engine auxiliaries gear drive. Piston sprinkling oil line consists of two channels in side walls of crankcase interconnected by tube passing between axles of engine gear drive. Invention makes it possible to provide constant oil pressure in system and to reduced influence of engine wear and change of crankshaft speed and makes it possible to service, in turn oil filters with engine running, improve reliability of piston oil sprinklers owing to precluding their choking and coking and provide compact arrangement of oil coolers on engine.
