FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to improve reliability of lubrication system, namely, preclude choking and coking of piston oil sprinklers owing to increase of size of their outlet channels without increasing consumption of oil and to increase unattended life of oil filters owing to the fact that piston sprinklers operate on non-filtered oil. proposed lubrication system of internal combustion engine consists of oil reservoir, oil pump driven by crankshaft, delivery oil main line, oil filter with safety valve installed at inlet of roil main line. Channel to direct oil into additional oil main on which piston sprinklers are installed in made before oil filter. Additional oil main line is connected with delivery line through constant pressure valve consisting of body accommodating two-step plunger spring loaded from side of smaller diameter d. Blind hole is found from side of larger diameter D pointed to side of additional oil main. Said hole communicates through radial ports made on plunger at section of smaller diameter D with space limited by inner surface of body and outer surface of plunger and communicating with delivery oil main line. Space behind the plunger with spring fitted in space communicates with engine crankcase space through channel. EFFECT: improved reliability of lubrication system. 1 dwg
