FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: in proposed fuel injection pump control of fuel delivery commencement is provided by special device set into operation depending on operating parameters of fuel pressure in pump inner chamber. This pressure , on the one hand, is controlled depending of speed, and, on the other hand, is increased by means of first pressure control device through pressure control valve so that when engine is cold forced earlier control of injection commencement is provided. Control pressure is exposed additionally to action of second pressure control device depending on load, so that when engine is warmed to working temperature later control of commencement of fuel injection is provided. Owing to the fact that desirable results are obtained not at all working duties. , second pressure control device is cut off depending on temperature when engine is started from cold and is connected when engine is warmed up to working temperature with subsequent action through change-over valve when engine is hot. EFFECT: automated control of commencement of fuel injection. 6 cl, 4 dwg
