The components are used in the following ratio, mas.%: wheat flour on dry solid basis, 40.38-40.44; granulated sugar on dry solid basis, 26.45-30.45; natural honey on dry solid basis, 3.50-4.30; artificial honey on dry solid bases, 3.50-4.30; margarine on dry solid basis, 5.20-6.20; melange on dry solid basis, 1.58-2.58; fruit-and-berry filling on dry solid basis, 4.51-16.51; sodium bicarbonate on dry solid basis, 0.034-0.054; ammonium carbonate, 0.19-0.39; essence, 0.09-0.13; water, the balance.
