SUBSTANCE: composition for parenteral administration has therapeutically effective dose of 1,2,4-benzotriazine-3-amine-1,4-dioxide and citrate buffer with concentration 0.005-0.05 M providing pH value from 3.7 to 4.3. Composition can contain additionally 0.100-9.000 g of sodium chloride, 0.9000-10.00 g of citric acid and 0.200-3.000 g of sodium hydroxide in 1000 ml of solution. Method of treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms involves administration to patient therapeutically effective dose of the claimed composition.
