FIELD: chemical technology, sorbents. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorbents, their producing and using carbon sorbents in enterosorption, in part, for treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, diseases of visceral organs with symptoms of acute and chronic intoxication. Invention proposes micro-, meso- and macroporous sorbents prepared of fruit tree kernels of the following properties: total volume of pores, cm3/g, 1.10-1.45; volume of micropores, cm3/g, 0.52-1.1; half width of micropores, nm, 1.2-1.6; surface basic (alkaline) oxides, mmole/g, 0.80-1.25. Method of producing involves carbonization of kernel raw in the range of temperature 20-750 C at the rate rise 1-8 C/min, activation of ground carbonizate at 900-1000 C, separation in magnetic separator and washing out with distilled water. Unit includes reactor-carbonizator with gas conduits for heat carrier feeding, reactor-activator, gas generator, furnace and recuperator.
