FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves alkali refining, whitening, deaeration, heating, deodorization and cooling of oil. In the process of deodorization, oil is heated to temperature of 230-240 C, and overheated water is prepared in different circuits by providing heat-exchange with high-temperature organic heat-carrier and simultaneously mixing deodorant with nitrogen. Oil is initially cooled with refined oil, then with low-temperature brine circulating in closed circuit within deodorized oil collector. Processing line has neutralizing heat-exchanger 4, soap stock vessel 25, filter press 6, boiler 22 for heating high-temperature organic heat-carrier, deodorizer 9, and refined oil collector 7 and deodorized oil collector 20. Shell-and-tube heat-exchanger 25 for water and deodorizer 9 are connected with high-temperature heat-carrier circulation loops. Refined oil collector 7 and deodorizer 9 define loop in which heat-carrier is refined oil. Deodorized oil collector 10 is connected to low-temperature brine circulation loop.
