FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out successive changes of electrostimulation mode from bilocular one to isolated ventricular one. Blood circulation direction is concurrently recorded in pulmonary, jugular and hepatic veins. Retrograde blood circulation direction in pulmonary, jugular and hepatic veins being observed in the case of isolated ventricular electrostimulation of the heart and diastolosystolic and rheohepatographic index being increased, cardiostimulator-induced syndrome is thought to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy in selecting appropriate heart electrostimulation mode. 2 dwg, 3 tbl
