FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram in applying physical loading test, additionally recording individual frequency curve calculated concurrently with loading by means of portable device provided with accelerometer transducer, the real electrocardiogram is recorded with autonomous recorder. Maximum contraction frequency of heart chambers being below heart rate beat frequency calculated from the transducer, chronotropic cardiac function insufficiency is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
