FIELD: plastic metal working, namely bending up two diagonally arranged flanges of gasoline tank, possibly in machine engineering and metal working plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes movable base mounted with possibility of rotation in frame of bending unit. The last has dies with spring-loaded supports. Dies are placed on slides with possibility of reciprocation motion along stationary punches arranged in holders, joined with rams and having secured to them compensating strips and members preventing loosening. Slide is moved by means of drive pneumatic cylinder with use of rams and levers. Fixation unit has handle with spring-loaded pin and stripper. Synchronization unit is in the form of levers with toothed sectors. Apparatus provides simultaneous bending up of diagonally arranged portions of flange of gasoline tank along radius equal to thickness of flange.
