FIELD: continuous sterilization of surface in line filled with aseptic substance. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of sterilization of surfaces by mixture of air gaseous hydrogen peroxide, hot air is mixed with completely vaporized hydrogen peroxide. Evaporated hydrogen peroxide is obtained by forming thin film of liquid hydrogen peroxide in porous tube with subsequent heating of tube. Device for continuous sterilization has tube for delivery of mixture of hot air and vaporized hydrogen peroxide and great number of nozzles. Feed tube has section formed by porous tube for delivery of gaseous hydrogen peroxide. Porous tube is enclosed by heating devices.
