SUBSTANCE: product contains separated milk concentrated by ultrafiltration or microfiltration up to content of 20-30 mas.% of nonfat dry substances and up to 15 mas.% of fat at the rate of product mass and lactose. The latter is introduced in the amount corresponding to quantity of dry substance in concentrate, and prepared mass is mixed. Mixture is subjected to spray drying or sublimation.
