SUBSTANCE: normalized milk is homogenized or mixed up with natural mild emulsifying agent, whose amount should provide 0.1 to 1.0% of phospholipids in condensed dairy produce, and subjected to thermal treatment, gets concentrated; the obtained concentrate is heated with subsequent homogenization, sterilized, cooled down, homogenized, additionally cooled down and hermetically canned.
