FIELD: biological processing of agricultural waste. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for utilization of livestock waste with generation of thermal and electric energy. Thermoelectric generator has frame which internal space houses electrodes placed under rarefaction. Pulse current emitting electrode is located by front face wall and current collecting electrode is positioned near rear wall. Both electrodes communicate with bank of capacitors. Bundles of lithium-beryllium bars anchored with ends in collectors communicating with collector of utilizing equipment, for example, electric motor are positioned in frame concentric on axis of pulse electrodes. Lithium, beryllium, uranium and graphite shells are placed in sequence in internal space of heat exchanger. Arc electrodes with powdery lithium pressed in them are mounted for opposite movement between current emitting electrode and front face wall. Hole communicating via feeder with branch pipe of steam generator of heavy and superheavy water is made in face wall of frame opposite to clearance between arc electrodes. Hollow opposite face wall of frame communicates with the aid of cooling circuit with heat exchanger. This face wall of frame has holes concentric on current collecting electrode which communicate with the use of hole in driving hub with jet-type pump and with collectors of helium and water. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of thermoelectric generator thanks to provision of conditions for reproduction of tritium in the form of superheavy water. 2 dwg
