FIELD: complex biological decontamination of sewage at atomic stations equipped with high-power channel- type reactors at regeneration of commercial products such as: (CH4), protein-and-vitamin additive for tritiated water (T2O) for thermal electric generators used in extreme North regions. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes methane tank consisting of acid fermentation, alkaline fermentation and methane fermentation chambers equipped with disperser having circular passage between cylindrical surface of rotor and housing. Biogas supercharger is communicated with chlorella generator. Plant also includes centrifugal microfilter with dynamic disintegrator provided with branch pipe for discharging disintegrate and mixture of ordinary and deuterium water. Hydraulic seal is provided; this seal has fractionating tower provided with transversal perforated partitions which form sections communicated through overflow pipes. Heavy water is obtained through repeated partial evaporation of ordinary water and condensation of heavy water. Heavy water is converted to tritiated water in cooling circuit of reactor by means of activation. Concentration of tritiated water is increased by 20 to 30 times due to activation as compared with existing level.
