FIELD: heat and power generation for ocean-going fish-processing vessels. SUBSTANCE: power unit is used for generating heat and power required for recovering fish scrap and fecal-domestic sewage on board vessels. Biogas produced in anaerobic fermentation of scrap and sewage has methane concentration not over 75-80% which is insufficient for using it as fuel. Admixtures are processed using chlorella and sulfur bacteria which accumulate heavy water in 0.4-0.6% concentration under photosynthesis conditions. In order to release heavy water, cell membranes are destroyed in field of centrifugal-forces. Heavy and super-heavy water mixture is heated and evaporated, then converted into plasma in electric arc while heating to 2500-3000 C. EFFECT: enhanced operating efficiency. 1 dwg
