FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biogas enrichment in agriculture farms of agroindustrial complex in utilization of manure and dung to yield methane (CH4), protein-vitamin addition, biofertilizer and deuterium (D2) for nuclear reactors in regions of Extreme North. Method of enrichment of biogas involves depletion of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide by photosynthetic Protococcaceae algae and sulfur bacteria being substrate is added in light-screening adapter. Microflora is disintegrated and biomass fragments are separated by microfiltration. Disintegrate is added to substrate as the source of nutrition of biogenic components to provide photosynthetic enrichment of microflora. Method ensures to provide decomposition of manure and dung under condition of short north summer and low temperatures.
