FIELD: disintegration of microorganisms and association of molecules of heavy and light water, applicable in fecal and sewage treatment of meat-preserving factories with production of protein-vitamin additive, biofertilizers and energy. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with inlet and outlet connections, a cylindrical rotor with blind holes positioned in the body axis and engaged through an annular duct with the body holes that are made on the side surface of the perforated ring forming a closed space with the body isolated from the inlet and outlet connections. The rotor side surface is frictionally conjugate to the side surface of the additional rotor that is a reflected image of the components of the first rotor construction. The rotors are made with inner cavities communicating with the inlet connections and connected by through radial holes, whose outlet sections are located between the blind holes on the side surfaces of the rotors with annular ducts. The cavities between the perforated rings and body communicate with the subsequent stages of the dynamic disintegrators and with the inlet chamber of the electrolysis unit. The outlet connection of the first stage of the dynamic disintegrators is coupled to the fermentoanalysis chamber. The upper section of the fermentoanalysis chamber communicates with the methane tank by distiller's wort, and the lower section - by biogas. The methane tank acid fermentation chamber is connected to the collector of fecal and production sewage of the meat-preserving factory, and its chamber of methane fermentation by sludge - to the band press-filter. The lower section of the fermentoanalysis chamber communicates by water with microflora suspended in it with a centrifugal microfilter, and by surplus biomass - with the band press-filter, whose collector by disintegrator is coupled to the centrifugal microfilter and the inlet of the first stage of the dynamic disintegrators.
