SUBSTANCE: operational amplifier has differential input stage 1 of extended effective operation range whose outputs are connected to inputs of current amplifiers 4, 5; parallel-connected composite emitter followers 6, 7 incorporating input transistors 8, 9 and output transistors 10, 11 of different polarity of conductivity; as well as controlled current supplies 12, 13 inserted in emitter circuits of transistors 8, 9 whose bases are connected to integrated outputs of current amplifiers 4, 5; and also additional n-p-n and p-n-p transistors 14, 15 whose emitters are connected through resistors 16, 17 to emitters of transistors 10, 11, bases, to common connection point of outputs of current amplifiers 4, 5, and collectors, to control inputs of controlled current supplies 12, 13 inserted in emitter circuits of transistors 8, 9 incorporated in composite emitter followers 6, 7.
EFFECT: extended effective operation range, enhanced speed in nonlinear modes of operation.
