SUBSTANCE: device contains input differential cascade, first, second, third and fourth current mirrors, device additionally contains p-n-p and n-p-n additional transistors, while bases of these additional transistors are connected to main output of differential amplifier, emitter p-n-p of additional transistor is connected to output of first current mirror, and its collector is connected to input of fourth current mirror, and emitter of n-p-n additional transistor is connected to output of second current mirror, while its collector is connected to input of third current mirror.

EFFECT: increased output resistance and, as a result, increased voltage amplification coefficient in standby mode.
