FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting off and mobilizing coracoid process apex of the scapula with muscles attached to it. Subscapular muscle is partially cut and arthrotomy is carried out. Bound flap of oval shape is cut out in projection of anteroinferior edge of the scapular articulation recess and anteroinferior pole of the humerus head. The flap is bent upwards. The coracoid process apex is transferred to the anteroinferior edge of the scapular articulation recess and fixed with screw. Capsule defect is sutured. Loose portion of the flap is attached to the transferred coracoid process apex. EFFECT: strengthened anterior wall of the humeral articulation. 3 dwg
