FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Access to shoulder joint is performed. Partial dissection of deltoid muscle and transversal dissection of subscapular muscle are performed. Arthrotomy is carried out. Receiving bone bed of defect of articular process of scapula is freshened and its absolute value is determined by length and width. After that access to iliac bone crest is realised. Bone autotransplant is taken from iliac bone wing indenting not less than 5 cm from anterior-upper spine and to depth not less than 4 cm. Autotransplant is modeled according to dimensions of defect of articular process of scapula. Autotransplant is adapted with concave side to shoulder joint in such way that it continues curvature of articular process of scapula. Operation is finished with fixation of autotransplant by means of two parallel to each other screws to scapula.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of congruence of shoulder bone head and articular surface of scapula, prevention of recurrence of shoulder none head dislocation in post-operational period.
