FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves performing multi-slice computed tomography, three-dimensional reconstruction on a pathological side, arthroscopic grafting of a bone defect. To make the graft, the three-dimensional reconstruction of the bone defect involves creating a circumference of the glenoid cavity of the scapula fitting a correct anatomical configuration of the glenoid cavity of the scapula, in a sagittal plane by means of an ischiometer. The reconstruction follows the defect edges. The exact anatomical configuration, area, and volume of the defect are calculated by charting its contours and hatching it in 3 planes: horizontal, sagittal and frontal.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve the correct anatomical shape of the scapula with unconstrained biomechanics and external rotation in the shoulder joint.
