FIELD: equipment for separating finely dispersed liquid in different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: supercentrifuge includes tubular rotor with upper and lower covers. Unit for feeding initial suspension is arranged in lower part of rotor. Unit for discharging clarified liquid is arranged in upper portion of rotor. Rotor is mounted on metallic shaft. Spherical covers are secured to upper and lower portions of shaft. Rotor wall is made of thin high-strength steel; winding of polymeric material is arranged on its outer surface. Said winding may be of glass fibers reinforced by epoxy resin. It is rationally to place in rotor separation insert formed by means of solid belt bent along helix and made of polymeric material having porosity with predetermined size and shape of pores or combination type polymeric material. Winding also may be made of reinforced polymeric belt. Design of supercentrifuge provides its rotation with increased revolution number due to improved strength of rotor.
