FIELD: plastic working of metals. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, forming rollers mounted around axis of apparatus, at an angle to it for rotation about their axes, tube positioning unit, charging unit made in the form of accumulator and adapted for accommodating at least onetube and aligning each tube with axis of apparatus and moving tube axially of apparatus outside tube positioning unit. The latter is made in the form of slider mounted on frame for movement along axis of apparatus and provided with drive. Gripping device mounted on slider for rotation about its axis is provided with drive for closing and opening of gripping device. Housing with forming rollers is fixed relative to frame, and forming rollers are equipped with drive mechanisms for radial displacement and fixing of forming rollers relative to axis of apparatus. Accumulator has plate and at least two retainers with motion drives. Tray formed as guide is mounted for displacement in vertical plane. Charging unit has rod-like mandrel, and movable tube positioning unit is provided with inner through cavity.
