Vacuum drum has second space 28 in which other higher level of vacuum is built for reliable holding of separate labels 16 in process of application of glue to separate label 16. Second space 28 can be additionally divided into sectors 96 with lower vacuummetric pressure for application of labels. Cutting drum 18 has arc- shaped space in which vacuum is built at first end coming in contact with label tape 12 at low level of vacuum built in point of label cutoff and label release point.
