FIELD: utilization of secondary polyurethanes resulting from preparation of hardened urethane elastomers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises grinding waste of monolithic hardened urethane elastomer, mixing ground waste of ester-type plasticizer and chalk at temperatures from 90 C to 110 C for 25-35 minutes and subsequently rolling at temperatures from 165 to 175 C for 4-6 hours to prepare thermoplastic fabric, ratios of components being as follows, wt parts: ground waste, 100; plasticizer, 25-60; chalk, 20-100. Method makes it possible to prepare thermoplastic fabric according to ecologically safe technology and having high physico-mechanical and service properties. EFFECT: more efficient processing method.
