SUBSTANCE: device includes drilling string with rock-cutting members, burner with main line supplying fuel and air, dust-gas suppression plant, control panel, electric heaters with absorbers. Adsorber is made of two cylinders installed in each other and tightly fitted on tube for discharge of vapor-gas mixture to atmosphere. Adsorbent is accommodated in cylindrical holder freely moving in vertical direction. Slide valve is secured in upper part of large cylinder internal surface and slide valve is secured in upper part of large cylinder internal surface and slide valve hole is provided on its lower part.
